Vijay’s 53rd movie will be ‘Pagalavan’ directed by Seeman, which was earlier named as ‘Kobam’. The movie will be produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu under V creations and we heard the storyline of the movie has motivating messages for the youngsters.
